Celica beats Ferrari F430, 348 GTB and other sports car in Varano wet track
Me racing with my celica in Varano circuit.(Parma, Italy)

(The 348GTB looks like a 355 but it has 348 sign on her back.. don’t know why)

now that toyota has …
now that toyota has stopped production of the celica’s parts are not cheap my friend…it cost me 13 bucks for 10 small plastic clips that hold the engine covers. i also had to buy a new stock bumper that cost me 320 plus tax and shipping.

Who is going to push their $130k – $250k road car on a wet track in traffic anyways? The FWD car can be pushed without a lot of drama. Do you have any videos with an open track in the dry? You don’t even get a chance to drive the correct line with all this traffic. What is your fastest lap here in the dry?

the celica driver is excellent. No way he should have beat a ferrari. Ferrari driver is switching gears in turn and out of corners slow. Celica driver is right on the mark in every single turn. + he must be modded. Great video a+

actually, that’s an …
actually, that’s an illusion. a car infront of you on a track will always appear to be pulling away from you on a straight even if your car is faster, because he has come out of the turn earlier than you, and therefore has a headstart in acceleration, even if you reach the same top speed down the stretch. likewise, he is not “catching” up to them in the corner, that’s just because the car infront has started braking for the corner earlier. real circuit racing is about time interval, not distance

He was just a good driver up against rich guys who didn’t want to take any chances with their expensive cars. Unless heavily modded, no Celica will beat Ferraris.

i mean brembo as a …
i mean brembo as a company name…ofcourse they have different brakes for every car. i didn’t say you can put 430 brakes on that celica…:p all i wanted to say that brembo is huge aftermarket company and is also supplying many high end cars
