Its a new industrial estate, they are popping up all over the country, maybe this is why it looks like a place near you. The roads in Yorkshire are still hideous, you need to go on one to get to the estate lol. What is mike satur at the end of your statement, not sure what you mean.

no friggin way, but the roads r so erm…spotless lol. yorkshire roads r hideous.
ive just bought myself one of those lil mg’s, had it for 5 hrs n broke it lol its stuck in 1st gear, u must go to mike satur pretty requent.
