No, rolls royce does not belong to vw. Both BMW and VW placed bids on RollsRoyce/Bentley in 1998, but VW won. As VW wanted onlythe Bentley brand, both reached an agreement and since 2003, the rights on the RollsRoyce went to BMW.

jaguar are owned by Tata (indian), as is Land Rover. Both are based in the UK and manufactured in the UK. Aston martin is British. Many foreign-owned british cars are designed and made in the UK. Aslong as British cars aren’t ruined by americans I don’t care who owns them.
