I was wanting to be … I was wanting to be all over the Mustang but after I rented a V6 in Vegas, I was very disappointed driving it. It had really loose handling and the hood is so long I had to hold back on the gas, I just didn’t feel that comfortable driving around on winding mountain roads. If you need a back seat though it’s got it, Miata doesn’t. I think I might get a used late model Miata if I can get one cheap enough. Was shocked to see Crossfire’s one year old at half price from a new one, I’m cheap, lol.

You stick to driving big bulky Mustangs or Firebirds that can hardly take a sharp turn at 50mph, I shall stick with my MX-5 and pass you by sometime at 100mph around a turn with no sliding.

Actually the MX-5 chassis is somewhat based on a RX-7.
ANd you wrong the MX-5 does not suck. It’s a great fun sportscar. Sure it’s not a super car but it also not meant to be – it’s a bout FUN!

Depends. You can only get the 2.0 in the US just as the 1.6 was only available in the US for a short time (if ever).
In contrast I haven’t seen an automatic in Europe so that is more a US thing.
